- Where indicated and needed. Our professionally trained dentists reserve the right to judge when radiographs are necessary.
- You may opt to skip on these services at your own discretion, however the New Patient Offer is still $189.
- In many cases, without radiographs/x-rays, we are unable to completely diagnose and rule out the presence of decay (cavities). If you choose to not have any radiographs or x-rays taken, you wear the risk of undiagnosed lesions.
Terms & Conditions
1. Valid until 30/06/2026.
2. For New Patients only and may only be used once per patient.
2a. For limited time only, this offer is extended to any existing patients who have not been back to HD Dental Studio/Trembath Dental for over 18 months.
3. Maximum out of pocket cost to the patient is capped at $189 for this offer and its inclusions, this applies to both Health Fund holders and Non-Health fund holders. This $189 cap does not include any other treatments that’s not listed in the offer.
4. For Health Fund holders, minimum cost is $189, as the rebate from the Health Fund may exceed $189. A HICAPS claim will be made on the day. If your rebate is over $189, there will be no gap (no out of pocket cost). If the rebate is under $189, the gap payable on the day will be the difference between $189 and your rebate.
5. Health Fund holders must present with their health fund to redeem this offer.
6. Patients with severe gum disease (periodontitis) do not benefit from a general regular dental clean. A more specialised clean is needed and you will be advised of this. You may be referred to and directed to be treated by a specialist.
7. Patients with severe amounts of calculus/tartar build up may require a more comprehensive dental clean over 2 separate appointments. Whilst this is not the case for most patients, you will be advised of this if your comprehensive clean needs to be over 2 separate appointments.
8. This New Patient Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. Your next 6 monthly regular check up and clean at HD Dental Studio may be more than $189.
10. HD Dental Studio reserves the right to make changes to the New Patient Offer at any time.
