Dr. Jordan Chueh

Dr Jordan is dual-trained as both a dentist and pharmacist in Australia. Now practising at HD Dental Studio, he focuses on building meaningful patient connections and creating a positive, comfortable experience at every visit.

He completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Queensland, then a Bachelor of Dental Health Science and Master of Dentistry at Griffith University, receiving the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence every year of his dental training.

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Dr Jordan moved to South East Queensland and worked as a pharmacist before pursuing dentistry. He has since practised on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales and later returned to the Gold Coast as a dental officer at his local hospital, a role he valued as a way of giving back to the community. These diverse experiences have shaped his well-rounded, patient-centred approach.

Dr Jordan enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in restorative dentistry, oral surgery (including wisdom teeth removal), and root canal therapy. With his pharmacy background, he places strong emphasis on the link between oral and general health, helping patients make informed decisions about their care. He is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertakes further training to deliver the highest standard of treatment.

Outside of work, Dr Jordan enjoys exploring op-shops and markets for vintage suitcases, trying new eateries, travelling, running, and hiking. And yes—he’s all for pineapple on pizza!

In addition to English, Dr Jordan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
