Terms & Conditions
Referrals can only be made to New Patients that are not Existing Patients of HD Dental Studio or Trembath Dental.
Consult-only appointments are excluded from this Referral Program.
Credits can only be redeemed on presentation of the Referral Card at the time of the Referred Patient’s appointment and is contingent on a Successful Referral. Credits will be applied onto respective accounts on completion of the Referred appointment.
Referral is successful when the Referred Patient completes their first dental appointment.
One Referral Card can be used to refer multiple people when all the Referred Patients are booked in on the same day.
Once a Successful Referral has been made, the Referral Card cannot be reused and is returned to HD Dental Studio.
Credit rewarded is non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used towards dental treatments or purchase of dental products at HD Dental Studio.
If the Referred Patient has a Health Fund cover that offers no-gap dental, e.g. we are preferred provider for the Health Fund. The unused credit will be kept in the patient’s account with us until it can be used.
This Referral Program offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If the credit is left unused for over 12 months, HD Dental Studio reserves the right to consider the credit expired and remove it from the patient’s account.
The last date to use the Referral Card is 30/06/2025. Extension may be provided at the sole discretion of HD Dental Studio.
HD Dental Studio reserves the right to make changes to the Referral Program at any time.
