Meet the Team at HD Dental Studio
Welcome to HD Dental Studio, your local Mount Gravatt Central dental practice.
We pride ourselves on being one of the longest standing dental practices in Brisbane servicing our local suburbs of Mount Gravatt, Upper Mount Gravatt, Mount Gravatt East, Mansfield, Holland Park, Holland Park West, Macgregor, Wishart, Tarragindi and more. Our goal is to help our patients achieve beautiful and healthy smiles using modern-day dental technology and treatments. We attribute our long standing success to a hardworking and experienced team. And of course, our lovely longstanding loyal and quality patients.
During your appointment, you will never feel rushed. We aim to understand your expectations and your goals for your smile. With this information, we formulate a treatment plan that is tailored to you. We will never proceed with treatment until you understand your options and are comfortable with your decision.
Our dental clinic is conveniently located in Mt Gravatt Central, 14 kilometres out of Brisbane’s CBD and handy to public transport. Our accessible location offers ample parking around our practice with two dedicated parking spaces at the rear of the building.

Dr Daniel Hu,

Principal Dentist
Dr Daniel Hu is a General Dentist who has special interest in cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, and orthodontics.
Dr Daniel Hu has 10 years’ experience as a general dentist and he’s been practicing in the Southeast Brisbane area since completing his dentistry degree. He was born and raised in Brisbane and grew up on the southside of Brisbane.
He completed all his education in Brisbane and moved to the Gold Coast for 5 years for his dentistry degree. He obtained his Dentistry degree from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. He was also a clinical supervisor for 3 years at Griffith University Dental School and University of Queensland School of Dentistry. He believes in giving back and decided he would go back to the university setting to help supervise undergraduate students training to become dentists.
Dr Daniel Hu is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese.
Dr Jeremy Teo,

General Dentist
Dr Jeremy Teo is a dentist who is passionate about educating patients on their oral health and helping them achieve their desired smile.
He enjoys being able to interact with a wide variety of people, and is always happy to make time for a good conversation. In particular, Dr Jeremy prides himself in his ability to make anxious patients feel comfortable in the chair.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University and has worked in various locations in Queensland including Cairns, Rockhampton, Toowoomba. Dr Jeremy regularly attends dental courses to further his knowledge and is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
Outside of work, Dr Jeremy enjoys playing tennis and enjoys spending time with his two dogs.
Dr. Jordan Chueh, BPharm BDentHSc MDent
General Dentist
Dr Jordan is dual-trained as both a dentist and pharmacist in Australia. Now practising at HD Dental Studio, he focuses on building meaningful patient connections and creating a positive, comfortable experience at every visit.
He completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Queensland, then a Bachelor of Dental Health Science and Master of Dentistry at Griffith University, receiving the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence every year of his dental training.
Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Dr Jordan moved to South East Queensland and worked as a pharmacist before pursuing dentistry. He has since practised on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales and later returned to the Gold Coast as a dental officer at his local hospital, a role he valued as a way of giving back to the community. These diverse experiences have shaped his well-rounded, patient-centred approach.
In addition to English, Dr Jordan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
Dr Paul Trembath,
Retired Dentist
Dr. Paul Trembath retired after an impressive 40-year career in dentistry, where he dedicated his expertise to providing high-quality general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care. Throughout his career, Dr. Trembath worked both in Australia and internationally, helping patients of all ages and backgrounds.
As the former owner of the practice, previously known as Paul Trembath Dental and Trembath Dental, he played a pivotal role in shaping the practice and fostering long-term, trusting relationships with his patients. Dr. Trembath was passionate about staying up-to-date with advancements in dental technology, ensuring that his patients always had access to the best treatment options available.
Dr Trembath was a trusted dentist who proudly serviced Mount Gravatt and surrounding areas for over 25 years.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Trembath for his many years of service, dedication, and the positive impact he made on the lives of so many patients. We wish him all the best in his retirement!
